I am writing to formally inform you the issue I faced with gym equipment during exercising.
I am new member of your gym as I joined this Monday. My friend referred me to this gym as he is a membership of your gym from last 1 year. I paid 126$ for monthy pass.
The main concern is about treadmill that is not functioning properly. For instance, yesterday while using that machine I realized that it is automatically increasing speed. At one point, the speed reached to the highest level. Which resulted in my fall and injury at my lower back.
I would appreciate it if you could replace or repair the equipment at earliest convenience. Furthermore, notify the members to use equipments carefully. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly, because of risks.
