I hope you find this letter well. I am writing to apprise about the terrible experience, I had during my last visit to your superstore on the morning of 3rd March.
One day while I was visiting a shopping mall, I saw a flyer of your store and I was impressed by the discounts provided by your store on various products. As soon as I entered the store I saw the milk was spilled that left a weird smell across the floor. Despite, many customers effort to bring attention to the staff members, none of them responded with a proper answer. Moreover, most of the kiosks on self-checkout were out of order and there were only two billing counters operating. Due to this my shopping experience was affected negatively.
To improve the shopping experience, supermarket should carry out intensive trainings for the staff members. Additionally, maintenance of the self-checkout machines on daily basis should be carried out and opening up of multiple cash counters should be taken into consideration. By making these small changes it will allow your store to align standards with other supermarkets.
