I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent holiday to Paris booked through your travel agency. Unfortunately, the trip did not live up my expectations due to several issues with the hotel provided.
Initially, the whole atmosphere seemed quite unpleasant to me. Next, the staff was not very polite and helpful, which couldn’t even provide me with a few details about my room utilities. As soon as I came in the room, I have immediately noticed that it was not properly cleaned. Moreover, the air conditioning was also broken, and as it turned out, I was not provided by warm water for two days.
To resolve these issues, I would like to request a partial refund for the poor quality of my experience being in your hotel., I hope your company will care more in the future to avoid such situations.
