Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the poor service provided by the hotel.
Actually, I have recently came from my vacation a day ago I did not get the time to write down this email because of my busy schedule but I thought to send it today as it got my nerves the moment I checked in into the hotel. The hotel named as Taj hotel which is located near the beach and it was recommended by the travel agency so I thought to book this.
The reason why I was devastated is because the staff was not hospitable at all. There were 3 luggage bags that I was carrying with me, it was not easy for me to carry them to 10th floor all by myself as on that the elevators were not in service. I asked them for help but they told me to pay extra money for that which was unacceptable as it was not my fault. After waiting for 1 hour I somehow called my friend for assistance and it seemed like they did not even care about that.
I would like to get half of the refund as it was my expensive booking. Hoping to hearing back from you soon.
