I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the hotel arranged by your travel agency during my recent trip to Turkey. I stayed in Istanbul for one week and was very disappointed with the accommodation provided.
The hotel did not meet my expectations at all. The atmosphere was unpleasant, the staff were not polite or helpful, and even the food was of low quality. Before my trip, I clearly mentioned that I wanted a luxury five-star hotel in the centre of Istanbul. Unfortunately, the place I stayed in was far from the city centre and did not provide the level of comfort and service that I paid for.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and offer an explanation or partial refund. I hope your agency will take more care in the future to avoid such situations.
