I am writing to complain about your travel agency, which arranged my journey with a hotel of bad quality.
I had already informed you that your agency’s service was quite low. I have been in Turkey for a week and just returned from my trip in an upset mood because of the poor service provided by the hotel, with its bad atmosphere, service, and even food. If you remember, I told you that I wanted a luxury, five-star hotel in the center of Istanbul. Sadly, I am dissatisfied with your travel agency’s service.
I would like to request that you be honest and truthful with your customers.
I hope that such mistakes will not happen again.
