Dear Jane,

I hope you are doing great. I’m writing to request for your help to look after my apartment for a few months.

My company is sending me to Dubai for three months. I will be travelling on the 1st of May and I will come back on 7th August. This is a good opportunity for me that would greatly boost my career, therefore, it’s a chance that I cannot afford to decline. I would greatly appreciate it If you look after my apartment during this time.

I have a cat named Jane. I wanted to take her to a boarding school, but she is very shy and would prefer to stay at home. So I humbly request if you could refill her plate after every two weeks. I have purchased everything she needs. Moreover, I will appreciate it if you could take her for walks in the park during the weekends so that she doesn’t get lonely.

I promise that if you would need any kind of help in the future, I will gladly do it without hesitation.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
