TO PROVIDE SOME BACKGROUND, I WENT TO SHIMLA WITH MY FRIENDS FOR MY 20TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AND STAYED IN VIVAN HOTEL ON 10TH AND 11TH OF APRIL. I INFORM THEM BEFOREHAND THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO RED CHILLY AND NOT TO USE THAT IN FOOD.
THE CORE MATTER I WISH TO ADDRESS IS, ON THE DAY OF PARTY MOST OF THE CUSINES WERE SPICY AND I FOUND CHILLIES IN CURRY AND NOODLES BUT WHEN I TALK WITH RECETIOPNIST ABOUT THIS THEY REFUSED TO AGREE WITH ME EVEN AFTER I GAVE HIM PROOF. GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES, I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO INFORM THE HOTEL’S MANAGER ABOUT THIS INCIDENT SO THAT IT CAN BE AVOIDED IN FUTURE AND REFUND TWENTY PERCENT OF MY PAYMENT AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE AGREED UPON WHILE ARRANGING MY HOLIDAYS FROM YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY.
