Dear Mr. Hashemi,

I am writing to let you know about the amount of rent you have increased from 500$ to 1200$, which is more than regular rent prices. In addition, I find it inappropriate in terms of the rent price and the facilities you offer me.

As I am a university student, I consulted with my friends who also rented homes in this area. They tell me their landlords have risen the amount of rent just 10%. Moreover, their landlords have provided them with high-quality internet connection and kitchen appliances. This has made me disappointed with the contract we signed.

I was wondering if you could reconsider the rent price because I can not afford it. You can also review the rent prices on online platforms, which can help you see the right prices. Furthermore, if you do not want to reduce the price, let me know to find another home that suits with my budget.
