Dear Manager,
I am Executive Director of the reputed chemical factory in the city. I recently attended a meeting at your hotel. When I returned home, I found that I had left some important papers at the place where I attended the meeting.
Actually, the meeting for me was hosted by the Managing Director of our company. It is previously indimated that the conference to be held in the hall at the first floor. I came there by morning 8 o’ clock with all my belongings. There the venue was shifted to third floor. Then I get there to be present on time.
Meanwhile, I left some of the papers in the drawers of the bench where I sit for sometime in the first floor. It was circular wooden desk in the corner of the second row.
It was the files relating to be audits of the company. There are cumulative report of the ten years balance sheets. The suggestions and improvements mentioned in the report is vital for further future assessment.
I want all files that I left there to be on hand soon. I request you to kindly help me to get back on my hands. Please search for my papers in the venue where I left and collect and keep it safe. I will get those files from you by tomorrow evening by 6 P.M.; Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the letter.
