Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I attended a meeting at your hotel yesterday. When I came back home, I realized that I left sevral important documents at the hotel. I used one of your rooms at the second floor to freshen up. I carried my documents with me at the room. That is where I think I left my papers. I do not remember exact location where I put it.
Those papers consists of my office project’s theories as well as my personal identification papers. That is why those papers are really very important for me. Additionally, my handwritten notes are there in the documents which are essential for my project work.
I would like to request you to go through the room and check whether my documents are there in the room. Also, you should verify the meeting hall where I attended the meeting. I hope you understand my situation and take action as soon as possible. I send the details of the documents on your hotel’s contact number. That would be easy for you to find those papers.
Yours faithfully,
Priya
