Dear Sir/Madam,

I was invited to take part in the annual pharmacists meeting that was held at your hotel on Sunday. I am writing in regard with some significant papers which I lost yesterday in the hotel.

The meeting was arranged in the conference room at the ground floor which includes a resting area for dining. As far as I remember, I left these important documents at the comfortable black sofa or maybe on the rounded glass table. I have been waiting for the meeting to start for almost two hours, staying at this area.

These papers are really essential to me because I am a pharmacist who is planning to immigrate to Canada this week. These papers include my IELTS certification as well as my permanent resident documents that are significant for my flight arrangements.

For your knowledge, my flight is on Tuesday. It would be really kind and helpful of you if you could manage to find these important papers as soon as possible. I request to delegate some working staff for this urgent mission as I attempt to get an alternative backup for my flight.
