Dear sir,

I am Jason Justin, writing this letter to provide a feedback on the cookery course I attended last week.

When I heard about your training course, I was very stimulated, as I was always keen to learn to cook Chinese food. Attending this program was altogether a great experience. The use of various sauses and spices to cook noodles was something I got to learn here. Throughout the week, I have been making different Chinese food as dinner, to apply the skills I learned from you in practise. At home, I have tried making noodles, chilli fried rice and, last but not the least, chilli pepper rice. My family has loved all the dishes so far and appreciated the range of taste they all carried.

Moreover, I would like to show my interest in learning to cook Italian food. My children are fond of it and it would be great if I can prepare it at home. Kindly let me know when the training program starts.

Overall, it was a great experience learning from you. Looking forward to attend more such courses.
