Dear Manager,

I am team leader of the musical group, Walker songs. Recently, we have been informed that our request to continue our practice in community hall has been declined. So, I am writing on behalf of our team, in requesting a space in community hall, as we wanted you to know that we are working with a positive aim.

We are practicing carol songs for the upcoming event on December, 25th, 2026. Drums, guitar, piano and other instruments are used in rehearsal. However, we will ensure there will be no disturbance to neighbouring people.

We team of musicians aim to build charity fund by attending the mega Christmas carol competition, where the prize money is huge, which would be contributed entirely to the social work account of our society.

We kindly, request you to consider the positive outcome behind our enthusiasm. Without rehearsals, we cannot compete with other prominent teams. We will be grateful, if the hall is available to us on monday and wednesday evenings, at 5 PM, in the folowing weeks.

Please consider our request, and make necessary arrangements without any further delay.
