Dear Manager,

Good day to you.

I write to express my frustration in respect to the new development about the usage of the community hall.

Our group of musicians is not just for entertainment or a coming together of irresponsible youths, we bring a strong impact in the community development as a whole.

In about 2 years ago since we started this group, our meeting point at the community hall has been a key factor in the tremendous unity amongs the youth of this community.

Additionally, this group has helped the community in the area of social development and gained recognition across the state.

However, there is possibility that our practice days (Tuesdsays & Fridays) might be conflicting with another programme organized by the community. We are open to pick other days of the week to hold our practice and this will still help to keep strong what we have started. I will suggest Wednesdays and Thrusdays if that is fine by the community leaders.
