Hello sir/madam,

I would like to inform you about our meeting which will held on Tuesday and Friday, unfortunatelly we have been noticed us that we are unable to use your hall anymore.

our group consists of twelve people and we have been using your hall from past three years for our reharsing and to mentor the young childern. Beyond that, we have also set the programs in your community hall.

The group is vital for the community as we are spreding the cultural dance, laughing shows for youngsters and so all. Apart from that, folks also told us about our work as it is essential for the society.

Also, if the hall is not availabe on those days, you can suggest any other days of the week and time for our practice. If we are able to come on those days, we will definetly come and practice for our music accordingly.
