Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to request you to allow us to use the community hall for practicing guitar and band music.

As you know, we usually meet two evenings a week in the hall. We practice playing different types of band music. There are around 20 people in our group.

I want to tell you that this group is really beneficial for the community in many ways. Firstly, on special occasions, we can play at a reasonable price. Secondly, we promote harmony among people in our group, who come from different communities. There is no discrimination in our group.

I have an ideal solution for this situation. I request you to allow us to practice on weekdays such as Saturday and Sunday, since the hall is almost free on these days.
