Dear Gym Manager,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with my recent membership at your centre. I enrolled in your gym last month to incorporate rgular cardiovascular workouts into my routine, cut my viceral fat from the body and to improve physical fitness.
Unfortunately, I am experiencing several problems at your centre, which, has fallen short of the expectations set up during the sign-up. Firstly, the facility is facing severe overcrowding during evening hours, which makes accessing equipments highly frustrating. Additionally, The equipments like hogging benches smell awfully from sweat, leaving me demotivated. Moreover, several key amenities, including trademills and weight lifting sections have broken for over two weeks, making it impossible to complete my daily workouts.
To resolve this issues, I request you to manage the centre promptly by repairing the broken machines and implementing a book system to manage peak hours. And maintain clean and sanitizes equipments or providing clean wipes at strategic places. However , due to the inconvenience caused, I would like to request to solve the problems or get full refund of my membership fee so i can seek an alternative fitness centre.
