Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in organizing the social events for the department. I have enrolled in a one month training programme for the coding skill development and would be delighted to apply for the said position.

Recently I became aware of this opportunity through the training programme website. Since it only contained a brief message, I would like to ask for more detailed information regarding it. Moreover, it was mentioned that it was a paid prospect and requires working certain hours of the week. Can you kindly confirm the monetary compensation along with the working hours requirement?

Although I am a frontend developer by profession, I have been actively involved in social events’ management as well. Over the years, I have successfully organized several events, including lifestyle exhibitions, high-end cocktail parties, fund-raising events, and social celebrations, among others. Furthermore, I also pursued an event management diploma course from a prominent university, and have completed a 1 year internship in the said field.

I would be honoured to organize social events and look forward to your prompt response.
