Dear Preetpal,

I hope this letter finds you well!

I’d like to invite you to the upcoming charity activity, which I’m going to organize on May 31, 2026. I am planning to set up the tables on my driveway to sell homemade food such as soup, noodles, and so on. People can buy the food, and whatever we collect will go to the sick children.

I assume that you know about the sick kids organization, as they help the sick children by treating them free of cost. I heard about this charity organization from my co-worker, and I have decided to collect some money on my own behalf and send it to the company owner.

Your presence will mean a lot to me. I hope you’ll join me for their charitable work, even though you can bring your kids too. I will get a helping hand from you for preparing food.

I will wait for your reply and hope to see you soon.
