Honourable Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I have attended meeting in your hotel yesterday.But, when I reached home today I realize that I have left some important papers of mine in your hotel .

I think I have left papers in side table drawer of room 12 where I have stayed for two days. I was in hurry that’s why I forgot to took papers along with me. As you know I organize meeting in your hotel every year and I don’t forget important things like this.

I don’t bother you if these papers are not very important to me. Actually, these papers are about deal with investors who want to invest in my car’s buisness. If I don’t receive these papers till this week the deal will be cancelled and I have to face a huge loss.

I will be very thankful to you if you look into this matter and help me to find those papers.If you find those papers please let me know. I am your very old client and I hope that you do this small favour in these crucial time.
