Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and high spirits. I am writing this letter to complain about an accident that happened recently at your local supermarket, Freshco, located in Mississauga.
My name is Sunil, and I have been a regular customer of your grocery store. I live close to your supermarket. Last Monday, when I went there for groceries shopping, I saw a customer slipped and fell due to wet floor, as janitor was mobbing the floor during peak hours. I know it is imperative to keep hygiene, and he was reckless about this situation, and the janitor did not assist the customer.
Given this, I would highly encourage you to take preventive measures. This type of incidents can injure customers and can affect daily customers’ numbers. Additionally, I would like to suggest that the janitors should not be allowed to perform duties during peak hours.
I hope my suggestions would help you to limit these types of accidents.
Yours sincerely,
Sunil
