Dear sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the travel agency services you provide and tell you about the bad experiences faced during my trip.

Last week i went Dubai with my family on 5 days – 4 nights trip under your online travel package which included our stay in a 5 star hotel “ Ruse ” in metro town with two time meal severed over the course of stay.

On reaching the hotel, it was quite opposite the way your website described the hotel. It was all shabby with old furnished rooms which caused us trouble in sleep during our entire trip. Furthermore, the customer service refused to serve us dinner as per the package for last 3 nights straight because for them it was not paid which resulted in me spending more than my budget.

It is my humble request to you to give some clarification of this issues and why is there fake advertising on your website. Moreover, i would also like to also request for 60 % refund of total package for our discomfort and the food cost .I will share my online booking receipt and food bills below.
