Dear sir/madam,

I am John working as a software engineer and currently I reside in Germany. I am writing this letter to enquire about a property to buy in your premises.

To give you a gist about the situation, Currently I am working as a software engineer in Microsoft. Recently my company offered me for a better position in Canada so me and my family are willing to come and buy a property in Canada. So, I am looking for a double bed room apartment with amenities like gym and swimming pool to meet our requirements. As we have a child its better to have a playground nearby apartment. We also expect a local community to socialize ourselves on weekends.

I would really appreciate if you could provide me all the suitable references. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
