I am writing this letter with regard to the September course fee, which I would kindly like to request to postpone until the 25th of this month, as at the present moment I am facing several unavoidable financial responsibilities that need to be managed carefully. I fully understand the importance of making timely payments; however, due to these particular circumstances, I sincerely hope for your kind understanding and support.
To begin with, I have recently obtained my passport, which, although it was an essential step for my future academic and professional opportunities, required significant financial expenses, including state duties, document preparations, and related administrative costs. As this process was unavoidable and necessary, it temporarily affected my ability to pay the course fee on the regular schedule.
On top of that, I also need to register for the upcoming CEFR examination, and since the registration deadline is approaching quickly, I must allocate part of my current budget towards covering the examination fee as well as other related expenses. Because this exam is highly important for my educational goals and future progress, I cannot postpone this registration, and therefore I am in a position where I have to prioritize it along with my recent passport expenses.
It would be grateful if you would kindly allow me to extend the payment deadline until September 25th, by which time I will be able to arrange the required amount and settle the fee in full. I highly value your patience, understanding, and continuous support, and I assure you of my strong commitment to both the course and my academic progress
