I hope u are doing wonderful. I am writing this letter to u because I need a favor and according to me no one except u is trustable and closer to me. You are my dearest friend, a sister not by birth but by heart.
Let me explain you why I am writing this letter as u know I am so passionate in my work and luckily after putting my endless efforts my company offers me a project with an compensation package. I worked so hard to achieve my goal as a project manager because this is my dream project. For this I have to go on this business trip for a week from Monday to Friday and I want u to look after my children.
In terms of their meal, u d not need to worry because they are not a biggest fan of meat but yes they will eat chicken steaks with fries in lunch so I hope u will serve them with this delicious food. In the evening, they do cycling so let takes them to park so that they can have fun with rides, do some cycling and it will also give these little birds a chance to spend some quality time with you. They will definitely love it and enjoy it as well.
On Saturday evening nearer to 5:00 pm I will send my driver to pick up my friends from your home. Thank you for this unforgettable suppot and keep in touch with me updated about my children.
