Dear Gagan,

It’s been a long time since we meet. Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter for seeking your assistant to look after my kids during my absence. As an office trip is organised by my company manager and he makes it compulsory for everyone. It is from date 27th September 2024 to 30th September 2024.

My kids are Junior school students. Half of the time they spend in school you may have to take care of their breakfast, lunch and dinner aswell.l They are not eminently selective for their food but prefer a meal of rice in a day with a dessert in the evening for sure they are having a habit of drinking milk in breakfast too.

After returning home the elder one loves to watch movies and playing video games. Contrary, the younger one is found of reading comic books and painting. Likewise they will be remain busy with their stuff and will not be disturbing you. There is one thing you have to make sure that they finish the homework before.

I send them to your home with my driver before leaving before. For daily School commute I have arranged a cab that will pick them up from your location and drop them back to you.

As you are a house women with kids of same age group as of mine is the reason of choosing you. I will make sure that my loved ones will not make any difficulty for you and for your family. I will be extremely grateful for you.
