Dear Mr. Sharma

I hope you’re doing well, I am writing this to express my concerns regarding a leaking pipe in the washroom of your apartment I recently rented at 177 Model Town.

This issue has been troubling me and my roommate since few days. We have been experiencing a leak in washroom’s pipe which apparently is causing us problem. Since, monsoon season going on we think the leakage is because of that. We were trying to adjust with it but now it is making the whole apartment flooded with water. I would like you to look into this matter and try calling a plumber to fix this as soon as possible. Furthermore, me and my roommate will not be here on weekends and we have our college classes from 9am to 3pm on weekdays so please make sure the plumber comes in accordingly. Let me know what time works best for you.
