Dear Max,
I am writing to express about for a 3-day leave to attend a making sourdough course from next Saturday on 12nd. First of all, I was considering about learning my baking skills especially making sourdough breads such as a bagguate and chiabatta since we have been struggling when we have started to make it last month. And I realised if I could more improve these skills, It would be more helpful for our bakery team. Furthermore, I am appreciate to support for our team and happy to use my day off for this time. If I can take this clss I should learn and concentrate to make new recipes by course. We could make more variety of products for new coustermer’s taste even old them as well.
Finally, I would like make sure while I am away for 3 days, I will make sure prepare all of products which I work on this role as much as I can in advance so you wouldn’t be worry about it.
