First of all, fill a steel tank up to 75% with compost and the residual part with water. The compost can be obtained from everyday scraps, scuch as food, leaves and other biological unused materials. Then, make the solution ferment in the tank in order to produce methane gas. Methane will first be stored and then the gas will be compressed thanks to a compressor.

The compressed gas will be used as an input to produce mechanical energy, thanks to a combustion engine. Mechanical energy can be transformed into electricity with a generator, and then it can either stored in batteries for future use, or it can be directly used.
