Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to take membership of your the sports club about which I have heard alot and to get Some basic information about it.

I am very fond of playing table tennis and from previous few months I was insearch f such place cohere I could practice my skills. .I want to know if this facility is available there. I have heard about it through a common friend who praised a lot about the environment and his satisfaction took me here to ask you about this. I also love to do swimming and cycling. and please let me know what other activities can I have there.

Kindly, share some details about Charges for basic membership for one month and one year. Also, if some special discount are available for students and can I bring my -family members. Through my card. I also want to know about the timings through the week and on weekend.
