Dear James

Good afternoon Mr. James. This is June Young, one of your candidates who is going to have an employment interview next week. First of all, Thanks for giving me an opportunity to having interview soon, I hope that you were satisfied with my resume and experiences. But unfortunately, I had a car accident while walking to a crossroad. It was with a small motorbike, so it is not a heavy injured at the moment. But the problem is my right side of pelvis bone has cracked so I have to stay in hospital room at least 2 weeks from today. I am sincerely apologise of telling this to you, therefore, I think I made you stuck in a suffer.

By this bad things occur to us, I want to ask you about adjust my interview schedule if you do not mind. My body condition could be healed quicker than I expect, depends on how am I going to take care. Can I ask you to change my interview to Wednesday on 2 weeks later? I wish you understand and consider about this.

In regards to this position, I am really still interested in this role, and I can show you best performance if you can give an another opportunity.

Finally, I am sincerely apologise for my sense of caution and drop you into inconvenience. Hope to touch you soon again, Sir. Thanks
