Dear Mr. Smith,
My name is Mary Abed and I have been working in your office for two years. I am writing this letter to inform you about a problem which has a negative impact on all of the employees in the solar project.
To begin with, I want to express my dissatisfaction with Ms. Kalyn since she cannot work with excel and she has to collect information about various tools to reduce the amount of air pollution. Unfortunately, she sleeps at the workplace. I think that she uses medicine; as a result, she loses her temper quickly and she is furious and her behavior declines in a friendly atmosphere in the workplace.
Moreover, other colleges cannot concentrate on their task and we cannot construct a vast number of solar panels for two months because we need to have a lot of data that Ms. Kaolin does not provide information; consequently, my coworkers get angry at her.
I would appreciate it if you could remove her from the team as we never progress in the project with her, I would argue that it is better for the team to select a professional IT engineer to help the group.
