Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally inform about my lost item while travelling from Mumbai to Delhi by railways.

The main concern is that I carry two luggage bags for my journey but when I reached my final destination I only get single bag. I tried to communicate with train workers but they disappeared took my concern seriously. The details of bag includes blue in color, 22 kilograms in weight and have my name tag on it.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate regarding this matter. Furthermore, I attached a picture of my bag for your convenience. I trust this issue will be resolved promptly, as I read policy reading stolen or lost items on your website.
