The SUV made up a huge percentage—50 percent and 37 percent—of total car production in the USA and the UK, respectively. Sedans made up 46 percent and 58 percent in the States and the UK, respectively. Sports car production was 4 percent and 5 percent in the USA and the UK, respectively, in the year 2005.

The projected production of SUVs is 14 percent and 11 percent; sedans will make up 14 percent and 11 percent; and sports car production will be 25 percent and 43 percent in the States and the UK, respectively, in the year 2055.

To conclude, the production of sports cars is to rise drastically, and the production of SUVs is to dip exponentially in both countries by 2055.
