Obviously, from the chart provided i can say that the percentage of women that are skilled traders in the Uk is the same as women that are in process,plant and machine operatives section which is 2.5% while the men that are skilled traders and men in process,plant and machine operatives section are 20% and 12.5% respectively.

Furthermore,women in the managerial position and senior officials has the exact percentage with the proffesional women which is 12% but the percentage of men that are managers and senior officials are way more than that of the proffesionals which is 18% and 14% respectively.

Apparently,15% of associate proffessional and technical are women while 13.5% are men.The percentage of men in the elementary section is the same as those in process,plant and machine operatives section which is 12.5% while the percentage of women in these sections i just stated has a wide difference which are 11% and 2.5% respectively.

Similarly,those in sales and customer service section with those in administrative and secretarial section represent 5% population.

In conclusion,personal services have the lowest percentage of men while the skilled trades have the highest percentage of men which are 2.5% and 20% respectively.The percentage of women in personal service is 14% which is not the highest,the administrative and secretarial section has the highest percentage of women.
