I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a new different course regarding the issue I encountered during my recent booking through your educational website. Although I understand that occasional errors are inevitable, the repeated problems have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
The course I recently booked is called “Advanced Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence”, which is part-time course for beginners and pre-graduation students.
Overall, the primary issue I faced relates to the delayed responses from your supervisores and customer service team. For instance, my inquiries, which I were submitted over two weeks ago, have yet to receive a satisfactory replay. This lack of communication has resulted in considerable confusion. and it has made it extremely challenging to meet my personal deadlines. Furthermore, I need to cancel this course that eventually put me in a difficulte situation.
I kindly request a new course with a different team about the same contents I previously bookd. Specifically, part-time course and suitable only for beginners.
