The full-time undergraduates account for the highest population (44%) among all categories that access the library while the full-time postgraduates take second place with 25% of the entire users. In contrast, the proportions of the students of all other courses and the university staff is significantly smaller, making about 8% and 7% respectively. The last category is part-time postgraduate that makes up about 16% of the library users.
About 95% of the pupils using the library are extremely satisfied with the staff’s willingness to help. In the second place, 65% of the users are happy with the time library opens. Both categories have 0% of population that is not satisified. On the contrary, there is quite alot of dissatisfaction regarding lack of journals available in the place along with the unrealiable internet.
