The pie chart displays categories of library users and table illustrates a survey results of library users including academic staff, full-time undergraduate and postgraduate, part-time poasrgraduates and distance leaarning students at a university. Overall, the statics indicate majority of users are highly stasified with the five facilities available and vey few are dissatisfied.

Out of 100, 95% of participants were satisfied and 5% were fairly satisfied with helpfulness of staff, meanwhile nobody showed disatisfaction. Simarly, 0% people were disatified with library opening hours and 65% were happy with it.

On the other hand 20% and 19% individuals were unhappy with journals availability and wifi reliabilty respectively while between 45% to 48% and 32% to 36% showed fairly satisfaction and highly statisfaction with these facilities respectively .

35% of individuals were fairly satisfied with both opening time period of library and availibility of books where as half of the participants were content with this facility.
