Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding my possession that I regretfully neglected to collect when I disembarked on the flight from Tokyo to London, which flight number is ABSS and the designated seat is A30. My booking reference number is 12930303. I did not realise about it until I arrived at the hotel and it was too late to call you.

My belonging is the bucket-shaped brown leather handbag, which textile is quite worn out. The unique design of it is the one black handle attached to it. There is some stuff inside, a paperback of the novel titled “The Maid, some stationary and a few souvenirs from Tokyo. The souvenirs have personal value and it would be greatly appreciated if I was able to retrieve them.

It would be a great help if you call me as soon as you locate my bag as I will be leaving London in 4 days. My accommodation is 15 minutes away from the airport, so I would like to go there and pick it up.
