Dear Sir or Madam,

Through this letter, I would like to express my situation about losing my bag on the plane.

I was coming back from my summer vacation. I already had booked a ticket for it. When I reached London Airport and was about to take off the plane. That time I forget my bag on the plane. I was talking on the phone with my mother and explaining to her about my vacations. At that moment I could not realize that I did not pick my bag.

That bag is very precious to me because it was gifted by my father. The description of the bag is, that it is blue and white in colour. It has my name on it. It has all my house keys, office keys, passport, and many other important office documents.

I would be highly grateful to you if you could find my bag and contact me as soon as possible.
