Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding a bag I mistakenly left on my Air Canada flight to London. I contacted the customer care centre, and the agent advised me to share the details of what happened with you.

My flight number is AC 047 from Toronto to London and my seat number is A-6 in the economy section. I had stowed my backpack under the front seat as per the flight attendant’s instructions, but I forgot to retrieve it before exiting the aircraft as I was feeling very nauseous and jetlagged.

The item is a Dell laptop backpack and its black in color. It has a reddish yellow keychain attached to one of the zippers with the letters “NYC”. Inside the bag is my Dell laptop, also black in color and a folder containing some documents and pen drives.

I am impressed by Air Canada’s service and reputaion and I have been a frequent flyer since 2021, therefore, I would be very grateful if you were able to find my bag and return it to me. Thank you for your help in this matter.
