The Bar chart illustrates the day-to-day lives of students from three different countries, this includes the United States, Australia, and Canada. The three activities included in the graph are, sleeping, studying, and relaxing.
Firstly, we look at American students, where sleeping is shown to be the activity in which they spend the most time, 8.5 hours, followed by studying, 8 hours and then relaxing, 7.5 hours. When comparing the hours performing a particular task by the other two nations, Americans have spent the most time sleeping. Secondly, Australians studied about 13 hours, this is the largest amount spent as compared to the USA and Canada. Pupils of Australia slept for 7 hours and 4 hours relaxing. Lastly, Canadaians, like Australiaians, spent most of their time studying, about 8.5 hours. Next, school-going children slept and relaxed for 8 and 7.5 hours respectively.
In conclusion, pupils from Australia and Canada studied for the majority of the day, with Australian students spending more time on this activity than the school-going children of other countries. However, American students slept for most of the day alternatively, Australians slept the least out of the whole day. Regarding relaxation as an activity, Australia spent the least time and the USA and Canada spent the same amount of time on this activity.
