Dear Sir or Madam,

On 27th April I traveled to London from Toronto on your “XM100” flight that departed at 2.30 pm. I was seated in the “H23” business class seat. I was in a rush to attend an event, and I forgot to check my belongings before leaving the flight. After reaching the hotel I noticed I had forgotten my bag in the overhead luggage compartment.

It’s a black Adidas sports bag and has a name tag with my details. This bag is important to me since it has some important documents needed for my college project,

I would appreciate if you can mail the bag to my residential address, I would be happy to pay the mailing cost. if this is not feasible please let me know any other solutions to get my bag. I am sorry for the inconvenient and I would really appreciate if you can help me resolve this issue soon as possible.
