Dear Sir or Madam,

This is Mohamed Hesham, and I am one of your customers, I was on your plane last week.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I had lost my bag on the plane.

I would like to explore that I did not recognize that I did not have my bag until I reached the hotel. I am sure it was with me on the plane, however I was exhausted and left it behind.

My losted bag is black and although it has not any features, I wrote my name on it. It is crucial for me to find it as inside it was my maney, visa cards, identity and a book.

I want you to check your plane in order to find my bag. If you find it, I will be greetful and super happy. I want you to exert an effort to find it quickly because I am leaving London next month.

I look forward to hearing from you, and if there any updates, please let me know.
