Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inquire about my bag that I accidentally left onboad last week. I flew with your airline company from Tokyo, departed at 9 am last Friday, to London, arrived at 10 pm on Saturday. The flight number is AD400 and my designated seat is A33.
As soon as I embarked, I stored my handbag on the overhead compartment right above my seat. Regrettfully I completely forgot about it when deplane. I had not realized it until I arrived at my hotel and the time I got to my accommodation, it was already out of your working hours. So I am writing the lettter now.
My possession is a bucket-shaped handbag made with red leather. It comes with an initial “R” gold key chain attached to the handle. Other than the key chain, there is not much about significant about my handbag. However, there are some items that can be useful to identify the bag. There are a paperback version of Harry Potter, a bag of cookies from Tokyo and my journaling note. On the cover of the jounaling note, there is my signiture.
Altough no items value much money, I would like to get them back, especially the note contain a lot of personal information. Could you please check your lost item centre at your company if my handbag can be found? If my handbag is there, I would like you to ship it to my hotel, The international Hotel room number 304. Of course, I will pay for the delivery fee.
Thank you for your help in advance and look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Rika Smith
