Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in regard to a luggage I forgot in one of your airlines. I boarded a flight to London last week, It was the first flight of the day and we departed at 7 a.m. We arrived London at 9 a.m and I hurriedly left for my hotel. I was looking for a particular document I kept in the bag, that was when it dawned on me that I did not alight with it.

Moreover, the bag is yellow in color, and it is a limited-edition Louis Vuitton clutch box, with a zip in the middle and two handles by the side. Inside the bag you will find my degree certificate, make-up kits, an ID card, to mention but a few items.

It would be nice if the bag is found and I would be grateful if it can be delivered to me. The cost of the delivery will be paid by me and I am sorry for any inconvenience this will cause you.
