Dear Sir/Mam,

Hope you are doing well. My name is Sandeep Kaur. I am writing this letter to inform you that last week on July 5,2024, i had a flight to London and i was travelling by your airplane. Unfortunately, when i arrived in my hotel, i noticed that i left my bag in the Airline.

I took the flight at 8 am from New Delhi India and arrival time to London was 11 pm. After arriving at London airport, i completed the boarding check. I took the taxi to go to hotel. I was so tired that i did not notice that my bag is not with me.

The bag was leather, brown color, red tag on the handle and has the tag of Mono on it. The bag has all my clothes and my next flight tickets. Moreover, there is some valuable stuff.

I am sure that i left my bag in the plane. Please confirm with the bagging department in your airline. I request you to find my bag at your earliest convenience.
