Dear Sir,

I am Ritika Shah, a frequent flyer of British Airways. I am writing this letter to inform you that I forgot to take my carry-on luggage from the flight last week.

Last week, I was travelling to London from Montreal on 21st January, via BA 410. The flight was supposed to land at its destination at 7:30 a.m. but instead landed at 10:00 a.m. due to a technical problem. I was in a rush as I had a business meeting at 11:30 a.m. As a result, I forgot to take my bag.

The weight of the bag was 7 KG and black in color. It has a red handle on the top and a double wheel. It not only contains my clothes but also has crucial documents and some cash. It would be really helpful if you could send my bag either to Montreal airport or to my home as I am back in Montreal.
