Band 8+: WRITING TASK 1 You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. In your letter explain what has happened describe the bag and its contents say what you would like them to do about this problem You should write at least 150 words. Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am Ayesha Saleem and I am writing to you as a passenger of your airline. Unfortunately, I lost my bag while traveling on a plane of your airline. Now I request you to do me a favor in this regard.

Last week I traveled from Dubai to London, on the flight with number 12345678. Mistakenly, I got off the plane, forgetting my bag to carry with me. I am absolutely sure that I left my hand-carry in the cabinet, which was just beside my seat. In a hurry, I could not remember about the bag and also did not realize my loss until I arrived at my place.

The color of that bag is violet and it has nice funky patterns on it. There are some documents, my green file of notes and other useful items placed in that bag. That bag is so important for me because it contains two original correspondences for my ongoing job.

It would be very kind of you if you could manage to search for my bag. I am sure you can absolutely do this because you have the power to inquire about my bag and return it to me.
